My very first contact with korean entertainment happened to be in Feb.-March 2009. I was surfing on you tube and discovered an MV from Star in my heart drama ( 1997 ). It was the song interpreted by Ahn Jae Wook ( main male character in the drama ) titled Forever. The song touched my heart and I was curious about what is that MV about. I found the drama and I watched it. Althrough the drama was enough old , I liked so much that I started to search Ahn Jae Wook´s other productions. I found out that Choi Jin Sil died and so many other information which give me the chance to hop in the Korean world , from where I couldn´t get out more. The world of korean music is amazing. You will never get the end of the lists when it´s about songs. The first albums i was able to listen was from Ahn Jae Wook , mentioned above. Thanks to that actor who is a singer too :P it started my addiction to Korea.

I was so impressed about the difference of culture and life conceptions between my country and their .. I learned so much and I still do. Today , after watching , reading and learning about Korea ,I can tell that this addiction changed my life forever. Their culture and history is something I loved from the beginning.
I was also impressed by actors and actresses activities and progresses , by their capabilities and talents. There are people who really deserve the STAR title ( Hallyu star ). So real acting , such wonderful skills , so many good singers .. and I have a saying .. most of actors have multitalent , because almost all , beyond acting , can really sing well and are easilly adapted to all kind of situation. I was ( and still I am ) touched by the relationships between hallyu stars and their fans .. never seen such a lovely connection , such great devotation. I mean , an actor who cares so much for his fans and it´s doing all his best work to get their blessing. I love that , these are not just empty words. Its something real. Believe me !
This is something you will never see in my country.
Then koreans are really hardworkers , they truly know the meaning of the word RESPECT , LOYALITY.
Love their verbal expressions like noona , hyung , sunbae , ahjussi , etc.
I could talk and talk about without break .. Since 2009 , I listen to Korean music all the day and night , when it comes to hear the music. I watch dramas and movies , mv´s and tv shows , just wish to have more free time for this. Love RAMEN most and wish to could try soju and kimchi from all their dishes and drinks. I also plan to go there next year , to visit my beloved Korea. I want to visit so many places that I think , a single year wouldn´t be enough .. I want to sing in a noraehbang .
The most important fact in this addiction is that I could met so many chingu ( it´s how you call a friend in korean ) . Making so many friends around the world and share so many experiences - it´s just fantastic !
Shame that Europe can´t get closer touch with Korean production , duno why. I can´t see on our channels nothing from korea and i´m not able to read news in our magazines and newspapers .. and .. never get to see a new Korean movie in the cinema here. Don´t have a Korean store or restaurant ( there are chinesse and japanesse ) .. i´m really sad because that.
That´s why internet connection today , is really really important to me.
In my country , Romania , this year ( 2010 ) aired for the first time on TVR 1 , national tv channel , a few Korean dramas , all period , like Queen Seon Deok , Jewel in the palace and Yi San.
On TVR 2 ( second national tv channel ) aired just one , called Damo.
And today TVR 1 air the 5th episode of Jumong
So , here my list with the dramas and movies I watched starting March 2009 via sites like mysoju, azntv or dramacrazy or even viikii , where a lot of people from this huge plannet shared their abilities in translation.
